Last May, Michael Curran lost his mobility in a car accident but has continued to model strength and courage as he fights to overcome the obstacles before him.
On Thursday July 31, 2008, we will be hosting a benefit golf day and a dinner & dance to celebrate Michael’s determination, his positive attitude, his son Quentin’s hope and love, and his wife Shelley’s strength and devotion.
First, we truly hope that you will do all you can to attend that day. We need a field of 144 golfers, and we also have room for an additional 98 for the dinner/dance only. Please ask as many people as you can — especially those that live on the Island or will be visiting at that time. We must sell out. That night there should be 242 of us there to sing and dance the night away. All of the information you’ll need to register for the event and solicit donations is contained on the pages above.
In addition, please consider other ways you may be able to help out. We are in need of hundreds of golf prizes, auction items, sponsorships and monetary donations. Please consider your network of friends, family, peers and any organizations that may wish to get involved. We would welcome anything you think may help.
We need your help to make this event a success. You can make a huge difference to this courageous family.
Together we can do so much, so get in touch with us today and join “Team Michael”!
God Bless and Many Thanks!
